The SPIN Project's first client, the Environmental Health Coalition, responds to a reporter's questions.

The SPIN Project works with a broad range of policy, advocacy and grassroots organizations striving to strengthen democracy and public participation. Our clients are typically small to midsize organizations focusing on issues concerning civil rights, human rights, social justice and the environment.

Many of our clients recognize the important role of communications in their work, but do not possess the budget to hire public relations firms. The SPIN Project honors the multiracial, multicultural and diverse constituencies of the groups we work with, and consistently works with individuals of different ages, sexual orientations, ethnicities and incomes.
